Zip across the Clyde to raise funds for the Appeal!Who can take part?
Anyone over 16 years of age can take part, even if you have never tried it before! There is a weight limit of 17 stone. Due to the nature of these events and current legislation, all participants under the age of 21 must disclose their age.
How do I enter?
- The entry fee for the zip slide is £40.00 per person. This fee will be used to cover the cost of staging the event. The entry fee ensures that all the money that you have raised in sponsorship will go towards the Beatson Pebble Appeal or the Paul O'Gorman Leukaemia Research Centre. To book online please click here
- Each individual is asked to try and raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship. The website Justgiving is a great way to achieve this. If you would like to use a sponsorship form instead, please download a Beatson Pebble Appeal or Paul O'Gorman form on the right hand side of this page.
- Every participant will receive a certificate and a t-shirt.
- There will be a mobile photograph unit at the event and you can purchase an action photograph of yourself taking part in the Zip Slide on the day.
